Request a quote. Fill in the form to tell me about your doll and what you would like done. I’ll need to see a photo of the doll or to see the doll in person before I can estimate the cost of repairs. If you have difficulty with the form for any reason, you can reach me through Facebook or through the contact page.

I’ll get back to you with my recommendations and an estimated cost. I always price different repairs and restoration tasks separately so that you can choose according to your budget. We’ll discuss any options as well as any additional needs or preferences you may have. If you have any time constraints, or a specific deadline or occasion in mind, please let me know.

If you’re happy to proceed, your doll will join the queue. There is usually a short waiting list. If you’re planning to post your doll rather than bring him or her in person, please have a box and packing materials ready.

I’ll get back in touch when I’m ready to begin work on your doll. You can choose whether to send your doll in the post, or to arrange a mutually convenient time to bring him or her to me in Southampton. At this stage, a 50% deposit is due for repairs estimated at over £100.

Soon after the doll arrives, I’ll begin working on him or her. I’ll keep you informed throughout and check in with any queries. You’re also welcome to request any additional updates if you’re wondering how your doll is getting on. 

When I’ve finished working on your doll, you can choose whether you’d like me to send you a photo or whether you’d rather wait to see him or her in person.  At this stage, payment is due in full. You can choose whether to pay on collection, to send a bank transfer or to use PayPal.

We’ll arrange for you to collect your doll in person, or for me to post him or her back to you. If I’m posting the doll, I will send tracking details so you can keep an eye on his or her journey home.

You're reunited with your doll and can enjoy him or her for many years to come.
